We always look forward to getting feedback from our teachers and studio owners as to changes they would like to see within the organization or things that we do that are appreciated. It was from those seminars in 1997 that Rising Star made one of its biggest changes -- in 1998, Rising Star changed its form of scoring to a combination of placement and adjudication (see rules and regulations for a complete explanation).
